Starting Line Up Baseball was founded in 1994 by Jeff Hipps, currently a professional Major League Baseball Scout, and formerly an assistant coach for Long Beach State, Santa Clara University, and Burlingame High School. He holds a Masters Degree in Sports Management from Long Beach State University, and received his Bachelors degree from University of San Francisco where he was a member of the baseball team.
The Starting Line Up staff consists of college and high school coaches, as well as professional and collegiate baseball players whose combined years of experience provide clients with an unparalleled level of instruction.
